Second Quarter: Apr - June: Inform Board of progress and begin redistricting​ under Fair Maps Act requirements

• April: Board update, Project kick-off, Draft project plan
• May: Board workshop, Train Board and public, Approve project plan, Public outreach begins
• June: Initial data analysis, Public Outreach Community forums

Third Quarter: Jul - Sept: Complete public outreach and community forums

• July: Initial data analysis, Public Outreach, Community forums
• August: Initial data analysis, Public Outreach, Community forums
• September: Initial data analysis, Public Outreach, Community forums

• ​May-September 2021: Hold public hearings and community workshops about the Redistricting, the process, mapping tools tutorials and other redistricting information. 
• October-November 2021: Draft map preparation and review 
• November-December 2021: Map adoption. 
• Nov. 2: First reading of County ordinance adopting final district maps. 
• Dec. 16-17: Second reading of County ordinance adopting final district maps.
  
• Dec. 7: Final Adoption of Maps
  
• Dec. 15: Deadline for Adoption of Final Maps.
